• You will work from our PortKells office and travel throughout the lower mainland. (Own Vehicle required)

Yard Person:

Summary

This selected candidate is responsible for maintaining the quality, maintenance, and cleanliness of the company’s portable toilet units as well as washing a fleet of trucks regularly.

Duties

• Pressure washing of portable toilets inside and out.
• Perform repairs as required (operating drills, hand saws, etc)
• Loading and unloading units on and off trailers for transport
• Operating vacuum unit in yard area to pump out portable toilets
• Washing trucks
• Maintaining neat and tidy yard and shop area
• Off site assistance with drivers servicing customers from time to time
• Performs other duties as assigned

Education / Experience Requirements

• Good verbal and written skills of the English language

Preferred Qualifications

• Work experience in the portable toilet service industry

This position is full time. The selected candidates will be required to perform physical activities such as loading and unloading units onto trailers and the back of the service vehicles. The selected candidate will be expected to perform at the highest level of providing Clean, Dependable Service consistently.

Driver:

Summary

The driver is responsible for safely operating a heavy-duty truck to perform assigned duties on designated routes. This position is responsible for efficiently servicing assigned customers, while complying with all local, provincial, and federal transportation regulations and with Company policies.

Duties

• Operates a septic vacuum service vehicle while servicing portable toilets throughout a designated route.
• Performs Pre- and Post- trip vehicle inspections of assigned vehicle
• Works closely with route Manager to improve route efficiencies
• Follows route assignments throughout the day and completes all documentation when checking in at the end of the route.
• Services the portable toilet units as per the companies expectations
• Performs other duties as assigned

Education / Experience Requirements

• Applicable drivers license (class 5 or 3 with air restriction)
• Acceptable drivers record
• Good verbal and written skills of the English language

Preferred Qualifications

• Work experience in the portable toilet service industry
• Great knowledge of the lower mainland area
• Clear drivers abstract
